Welcome clients and understand their beauty, skin, and aesthetic concerns.
Conduct initial client consultations and explain available treatments.
Recommend suitable aesthetic services such as laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, and other cosmetic procedures.
Explain treatment advantages, procedures, pricing, packages, and aftercare instructions.
Convert leads and enquiries into confirmed appointments and treatment packages.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Promote clinic services, memberships, and promotional offers.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to improve conversion and retention.
Build long-term relationships and maintain client satisfaction.
Coordinate with dermatologists, doctors, and therapists.
Maintain client records and update CRM systems.
Handle customer queries and provide professional service. Required Skills

Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred.
Experience in sales, beauty, skincare, dermatology, or aesthetic clinics preferred.
