Qualifications:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

3 years experience in Bengaluru based firms/ Any firms
In depth knowledge of Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practices
Excellent research and report writing skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Prior experience in Secretarial and Legal Compliance will be an added advantage
Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
