₹3,00,000 Per Annum (3 LPA) Job Summary AVM Labs is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to develop business opportunities, promote diagnostic services, and maintain robust client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with 100+ active clients.
Identify and develop current business opportunities through market research and client outreach.
Promote diagnostic laboratory services and increase brand awareness.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with existing and potential clients.
Handle client queries and concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain client information, follow-ups, and business activities in the ERP system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.




Achieve assigned business development targets. Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in B.
Sc. Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or other Life Science-related fields.
DMLT candidates are also eligible.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
Language: Hindi, English.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to learn ERP systems.
Blood Collections known ( Phlebotomy)
