Job Responsibilities:
Learn basic sewing machine operations.
Assist sewing operators in garment production activities.
Follow instructions given by the supervisor and trainer.
Learn different types of stitching techniques.
Maintain quality standards during sewing operations.
Keep the sewing area clean and organized.
Handle fabrics and materials carefully.
Follow safety rules and company procedures.
Achieve daily production targets under supervision.
Support the production team as required.
