Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
Handle site measurements, estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing.
Manage labour, contractors, and labour billing.
Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams.
Conduct timely site visits and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Monitor work quality and ensure timely project completion and handover.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
Drive company vehicles for site visits, material transportation, and official work as required.
Ensure the secure handling and maintenance of company vehicles. Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in site supervision or civil construction.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, estimation, and billing.
Experience in labour management and client coordination.
Positive communication and organisational skills.
Must be comfortable travelling across Goa for site visits. Pay: ₹30,000.00
