Role & responsibilities Managing the claims at branch/regional level of fire, marine, engineering, health, personal lines, and liability business Preferred candidate profile
Manage the claims within the terms of the policy and the service standards as laid down from time to time. Liason with the surveyor/ Investigator/ Advocates.
Analyse MIS & appoint investigators when necessary.
Review claim ratio and control claim expenses.
Settle claims as per the terms and conditions of the policy and instructions issued. Ensure that all internal and external customers are satisfied.
Update on the technical aspects of the work and developments.
Ensure adherence to defined TAT.
Provide operational expertise in claims and leverage this expertise in settlements
