Noida Company: Kaizen Nextgen Private Limited Job Overview We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our company's online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of social media trends, content creation, digital marketing, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, plan, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Design creative social media posts, banners, and promotional content using tools like Canva.
Write engaging captions, descriptions, and relevant hashtags for social media posts.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.




Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and growth.
Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
Coordinate with the internal team for content requirements, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Positive communication and content-writing skills.
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic designing tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
Creative thinking and an eye for visual content.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking is an added advantage. Pay: ₹10,000.00
