Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound customer calls and provide technical assistance.
Understand customer issues and guide them through appropriate troubleshooting steps.
Deliver effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, interactions, and resolutions in the CRM.
Forward unresolved or advanced technical concerns to the appropriate department.
Follow company guidelines and maintain established quality standards.
Ensure timely and skilled resolution of customer queries. Eligibility Criteria
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of computers, technology, and troubleshooting.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or equivalent.
Fresh graduates and candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply.
