Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers and performance.
Handle comments, messages and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
Identify current social media trends, trending audio and creative marketing ideas.
Run and monitor social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads).
Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
Maintain brand consistency in all online communications.
