Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented female candidates for the position of Field Sales Executive for a leading housing finance company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting home loan products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for home loans and other housing finance products.
Visit potential customers and meet them personally to understand their requirements.
Develop relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and channel partners.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and documentation.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct field visits within the assigned territory.
