Role & responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot Yokogawa Centum VP DCS system, Rockwell/Siemens PLC system, SCADA and other automation system
Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
Ensure proper functioning and calibration of field instruments such as
Pressure transmitters
Flow meters
Temperature sensors
Level transmitters
Control valves
Analyzers
Lead instrumentation shutdown and turnaround activities
Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and process departments.
Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Monitor instrument reliability and recommend improvements
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and statutory requirements.
Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
Prepare failure investigation report and implement recommendations to avoid repetitive failures
Candidate should have knowledge of SAP system
