Role & responsibilities
Lead Group-wide HR strategy, organisation development and manpower planning.
Develop HR policies and systems across multiple manufacturing units.
Talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development and retention.
Performance management, compensation & perks and employee engagement.
Industrial relations, labour-law compliance and employee relations.
Develop HR MIS, HR analytics and productivity improvement initiatives.
Drive organisational culture, employee ownership and leadership development.
Manage senior-level recruitment and workforce planning for recent projects/expansions.
Lead HR teams across multiple locations and ensure uniform implementation of Group HR policies. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PGDM Marketing preferred

Experience:
15–20 years in manufacturing / auto components / engineering industry, with significant experience in a senior marketing/business development role.
