Job Description: Senior Java Backend Developer

Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
Build REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
Work extensively with Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, Exception Handling, and OOP concepts.
Design and integrate backend services with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Work with Kafka/RabbitMQ for asynchronous and event-driven communication.
Develop and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable APIs.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
Work with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD, Docker, and backend deployment processes.
Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and other backend developers.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development.
Solid knowledge of Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Valuable understanding of Data Structures, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle.
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is preferred.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage.
Solid debugging, problem-solving, and backend system design skills.
