Role Description The Sales Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune District. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, and assisting in closing sales under supervision. Daily responsibilities include answering customer queries, maintaining sales records, preparing basic reports, and participating in sales meetings and product training sessions.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and contributing ideas to improve sales processes.



This position is designed to provide hands-on exposure to sales operations in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers and internal teams
Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, provide support, and build positive relationships
Sales skills to assist in lead generation, product presentations, and supporting deal closures
Ability to participate in Training activities and learn product features and sales techniques
Interest in developing Sales Management fundamentals, including basic reporting and pipeline tracking
Motivation to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to tasks
Comfort working on-site in the Pune District and collaborating in a team workplace
Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools is a plus)
