Key Responsibilities

Incentive Program Management
Design and implement sales incentive structures tailored to insurance products (life, health,

general).
Ensure incentive plans align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and profitability

targets.
Calculation & Reporting
Accurately calculate monthly/quarterly/annual incentives based on sales performance data.
Maintain automated tools, dashboards, and reports to track incentive payouts.
Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies in sales records.
Data Analysis
Analyze sales trends and incentive effectiveness to recommend plan adjustments.
Provide insights to management on incentive-driven performance outcomes.
Compliance & Governance
Maintain audit-ready documentation of incentive calculations and approvals.
Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline incentive processes.
Act as a point of contact for sales staff regarding incentive queries.

Education:- Any Graduate

Work Experience:- 5+ Years
