IT/OT convergence is at the heart of everything we build.

What You'll Do
Architect and build PoCs and Engineered Solutions across control, edge, and IT layers
Own software architecture and technical design decisions for SDA solutions
Develop solutions, APIs, and product plugins in Python and C#, and containerize them
Build AI agents and automated workflows, and apply AI across design, coding, and testing
Co-own the team's lab infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (servers, devices, networking)
Review code, mentor engineers, and establish engineering practices




Evaluate emerging technologies and standards, and turn findings into actions
Write tests, verify and validate solutions, and present results with transparent documentation

Must-Have
9+ years in software development, expert in Python or C#/.NET, fluent in the other
Solid software design skills: architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, and automated testing
Robust DevOps skills: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and infrastructure automation
Comfortable in IT settings: Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, TCP/IP networking
Hands-on experience applying secure-by-design principles in IT/OT environments
A clear communicator and mentor who can explain technical ideas to mixed audiences
