Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 and basic accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Make Sales, Purchase, and Journal (JV) entries in Tally.
Perform Bank Reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
Manage invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Maintain proper records of financial transactions.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting.
Tally ERP 9 knowledge is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Sales, Purchase & JV entries.
Positive understanding of Bank Reconciliation.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Local candidates from Ahmedabad are preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate from ahmedabad location

Local Ahmedabad candidates with 1+ year of accounting experience and robust hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP 9 will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
