Job Title: Warehouse & Operations Supervisor (Fruits & Vegetables)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse & Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations for our fruits and vegetables supply business, serving e-commerce companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise a team of 10 warehouse employees.
Handle daily warehouse operations and staff coordination.
Manage procurement of fruits and vegetables as per order requirements.
Monitor stock, inventory and maintain proper records.
Ensure product quality, freshness, sorting and packing standards.
Plan and manage logistics, vehicle movement and dispatch schedules.
Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Minimize wastage, delays and inventory mismatches.
Coordinate with suppliers,



warehouse staff and logistics teams.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or operations management.
Experience in FMCG, fruits & vegetables or e-commerce supply chain preferred.
Positive team handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of inventory, procurement and dispatch management.
Solid coordination, time management and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.

We need someone who can independently manage the complete warehouse operations, lead a team and ensure smooth, effective and timely execution of daily activities.
