We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our ongoing project in Idukki, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project plans.
Coordinate and manage site workers, contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
Monitor material requirements, usage and site inventory.
Coordinate with engineers, architects and project management teams.
Ensure workplace safety and maintain proper site discipline.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.

Requirements:




Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, materials and site management.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities independently.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
