Provide financial counseling to patients undergoing medical procedures, including cost estimation and payment plans.
Collaborate with hospital departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate patient statements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Solid knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Hospitality Management).
