Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop automation solutions, including conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping automated systems.
Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, robotics, and IoT to create seamless automation solutions.
Analyzes existing workflows and implements automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare detailed designs, schematics, technical specifications, and user manuals for automation projects.
Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance validation to ensure reliability.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and IT teams to implement automation projects effectively.
Ensure all automation systems meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing.
Experience in machine learning.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and other relevant design tools.
Knowledge of SPM (Special purpose machine) & material selection.




Knowledge of GD&T; and in depth understanding of manufacturing processes.
In-depth knowledge of PLC-based automation systems, including scope of programming and integration.
Understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, and control systems.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in the design or engineering department of a manufacturing company, preferably in the automation industry.
