Job Overview

Rich Robust Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing leads, client communication, follow-ups, documentation, and daily sales activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and basic knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Handle incoming leads and maintain proper lead records.
Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients.
Schedule and coordinate client calls, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain and regularly update lead, customer, and sales databases.
Track follow-ups, conversions, pending requirements, and sales activities.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with clients regarding required documents, information, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requirements.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads,



follow-ups, and conversions.
Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
Handle basic data entry and maintain Excel sheets and reports.
Identify pending follow-ups and ensure timely action by the concerned sales executive.
Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities and lead status.

Requirements
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
Target-oriented and responsible approach.
Prior experience in Sales Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Back Office will be preferred.
Experience in financial services / stock market will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should be organized, confident, detail-oriented, and good at follow-ups and client coordination.

Immediate joiners may be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
