Key Responsibilities
Assist in the management and monitoring of NICU patients
Participate in neonatal patient assessment and clinical care
Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of newborns
Assist senior paediatricians/neonatologists in patient management
Review investigations and assist with treatment plans
Attend neonatal emergencies and provide appropriate initial management
Coordinate with nursing staff and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate patient records and NICU documentation
Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols
Candidate Profile
MD/DNB Paediatrics or DCH
Freshers are welcome for the Fellow position
1 year experience preferred for Clinical Associate
Positive clinical knowledge and communication skills
Solid interest in neonatal and critical care
Willingness to work in a hospital-based NICU setting
