Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, distributors and potential business clients.
Provide basic information about company products and services.
Follow up on customer enquiries, leads and business opportunities.
Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite and qualified telephone etiquette.
Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
