Job Summary

Hansraj Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
Drive qualified leads through performance marketing activities.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics.
Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Track budgets, leads, conversions, and overall campaign results.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

Requirements
1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
Robust understanding of paid campaigns and lead generation.
Positive knowledge of campaign performance metrics.
Analytical and data-driven approach.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
