Build long-term relationships with clients and generate repeat business
Participate actively in campaigns and business outreach initiatives

Experience in Business Development for IT Services / Software Industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Exposure to international markets and sales cycles
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
