We are looking for a committed, creative and highly organized professional to work as the Founder's right hand, leading studio operations, production, product development and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day studio operations and production.
Manage, train and mentor technicians, volunteers and current hires.
Ensure quality standards, production targets and inventory management.
Develop premium handmade paper products with a robust aesthetic sense.
Coordinate procurement, workflow and studio activities.
Coordinate and develop relationships with Stakeholders and other departments
Maintain production records and guide the team in using digital tools and applications.
Support workshops, visitors and continuous process improvements.
Desired Profile
Excellent spoken and written English.
Presentable,
confident and professional personality.
Robust leadership and people management skills.
Creative with an eye for design, aesthetics and product development.
Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace and mobile applications.
Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
Background in Product Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Textiles, Crafts, Manufacturing or Operations preferred.
Commitment
Candidates should be willing to make a minimum commitment of 5 years and grow with Aditi Handmade Paper Studio.
