Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company services.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized facility management solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Proposal & Tender Management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Participate in tenders and RFQ/RFP submissions.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams for pricing and service delivery.

Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging business prospects and market demands.
Provide market intelligence reports to management.

Revenue Generation




Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling of services.

Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth service implementation.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems.
