About the Internship

We are looking for Freshers who want to learn Client Service, Excel Management and Office Operations through practical work experience.

This is a 6-month learning-focused internship where the intern will work with the Service Team and learn how to manage client information, documents, Excel sheets and daily service-related work.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update Excel Sheets and client data
Handle laptop and computer-based office work
Maintain client records and service-related information
Coordinate with clients over phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
Collect and organize client documents
Follow up with clients for pending documents and information
Update daily work status in Excel/CRM
Coordinate with the internal legal/service team
Maintain proper records of completed and pending work
Perform daily administrative and service-related tasks

Career Prospect

Candidates who perform well during the 6-month internship may be considered for a full time Service Associate / Service Executive position based on performance and business requirements.
