Position: Dessert Maker

Location : Kolkata
Create high-quality gelato and desserts using traditional methods and innovative techniques.
Maintain consistency in each batch of desserts produced.
Develop new organic flavors that showcase the natural goodness of our ingredients.
Ensure adherence to health and safety standards in all aspects of production.
Uphold our reputation for excellence in taste and presentation as well as supporting sustainable practices and contributing to our eco-friendly initiatives
Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.
Help with training of younger team members

Requirements :
Proven experience as a dessert maker or similar role in the culinary industry.
Robust knowledge of ingredients, equipment, and production processes.
Creative flair for developing new flavors and improving existing recipes.




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Deep understanding of organic sourcing, ingredient selection, and sustainable production methods.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
