Manage incoming calls with exemplary phone etiquette, providing information and assistance as required.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of clients
Monitor and report on credit operations performance.
Address and resolve any issues related to credit operations.
