FIELD OFFICER
We are seeking a dedicated Field Officer to join our team in the blue grey collar jobs industry. As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating workforce activities at various job sites.
Responsibilities :
Managing and supervising a team of blue grey collar workers
Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and effectively
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Collaborating with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Providing on-the-job training and support to workers as needed
Enforcing safety regulations and ensuring compliance with company policies
Reporting on project status and providing regular updates to management
