HIRING FOR NIRMITSU DESIGN LABS PVT. LTD. (DIVISION OF JAI BHUVAN GROUP)

ROLE : Responsible for generating recent business through daily calling, field visits, client meetings and structured follow-ups. Owns the Sales cycle from first contact to quotation and post-service engagement. Maintains disciplined daily reporting.

Responsibilities :
Conduct outbound calls daily to generate leads and appointments
Visit clients, present services and conduct in-person meetings
Identify requirements and coordinate quotations for customers
Follow up consistently until closure and after service delivery
Maintain pipeline and submit daily sales activity report
Build long term client relationships and repeat business

Requirements :




Proven Sales or Business Development experience
Robust communication and negotiation ability
Comfortable with field work and daily travel
Ability to manage targets, follow-ups and structured reporting

Outcome Expected : Lead generation, meetings, quotations, closures and repeat business tracked through daily reporting and measurable pipeline movement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
