ABOUT US : Vishnukrupa is a prominent cloth manufacturing brand dedicated to quality and innovation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help streamline our operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :_
Field Sales Execution : Actively engage with potential clients and leads in the field, presenting the company’s products and driving sales growth.
Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research :Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to identify new sales prospects and customer needs.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales team goals.
Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to management, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
Customer Support : Assist clients with inquiries, follow up on orders, and ensure smooth post-sales support.
Collaboration : Work closely with the Sales Head and other team members to coordinate sales strategies and support the execution of company goals.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT (Must Have) :_
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.




Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting methods.
Expertise in Excel.
Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
Self-motivation and interest in fieldwork.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
PREFERRED (Good to Have) :_
Experience in the têxtile industry.
Knowledge of the cloth and fabrics market.
