Roles & Responsibilities
Visit clients for B2B and B2C field sales
Promote software products and IT services to businesses and customers
Generate current leads and develop customer relationships
Explain product features and benefits to clients
Achieve monthly sales targets
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable software solutions
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Coordinate with team members for business growth
Provide basic customer support and service

Skills :
Basic computer knowledge
Sales and negotiation skills
Customer handling and convincing ability

Positive attitude and teamwork

Eligibility
Experience in IT sales, software sales, field sales,



or customer support is an added advantage
