Job Title : Cold Calling & Dispatcher (US Transport & Logistics) Shift Timing : 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST (US Shift) Salary : Up to ₹35,000/month Incentives : Up to ₹25,000/month Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary : We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our US Logistics team as Sales Executives & Dispatchers . You will manage outbound calls, build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers, and ensure smooth shipment operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Make high-volume outbound calls to carriers and brokers
Provide shipment quotes and manage dispatches
Resolve issues and maintain robust relationships
Deliver top-tier customer service

Requirements :
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome




Strong verbal and written English communication
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
Logistics experience is an added advantage
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma
