Job Title: Accountant Company: Everhome Cafe Job Location: Bandra Overview: Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense reports.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business operations and growth strategies.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
Participate in audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in handling sensitive data.
Stay updated on industry trends, accounting principles, and regulatory changes to enhance professional knowledge and skills.





Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Robust understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
