Handle customer queries via Calls and/or Chat
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
Maintain service quality and productivity standards
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Freshers & Undergraduates can apply
Graduates preferred
Good English communication skills required
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Details :
₹18,000 to ₹32,000 CTC per month (Based on interview & experience)
