We have urgent requirement of Dispatch Assistant at Bhagwati Spherocast Private Limited - Odhav, Ahmedabad.
Position - Dispatch Assistant
Job Description -
To plan the daily dispatch as per the weekly dispatch plan given by Head, Planning.
Verify material with dispatch schedule.
To co-ordinate for all relevant documents (eg Sales tax, Excise, Packing list, Invoice, Drawings and manuals, Delivery Challan, test certificate etc)
To co-ordinate with transporter for pick-up of goods.
Ensure transporters adherence to schedule.
Maintain records of all stock sent to and returned from customers.
Education Qualification :
Any Graduate
Experience - 01 to 03 Years Relevant Experience
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
