- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Days
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Transport: Both-Way Cab Facility
- Joining: Immediate
- Openings: Limited

SALARY & COMPENSATION
- Freshers: Up to 4 LPA
- Experienced Candidates: Up to 6.7 LPA
- Performance-Based Incentives
- Attractive Salary Packages

Compensation will depend on relevant experience, communication skills and interview performance.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR FRESHERS

- Undergraduate / Graduate from any stream.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Passionate about starting a career in International Customer Support.

FOR EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES

- Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory.




- Prior International BPO / Customer Support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Solid customer-handling and query-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
- Good understanding of customer service standards.

- Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience and professionalism while handling customers.
