Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential business customers and generate business loan leads.

- Explain various financial products and loan facilities offered through Nationalised Banks.

- Generate leads for Business Loans, Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Term Loans and Working Capital Finance.

- Promote CGTMSE-backed collateral-free loan facilities, subject to bank eligibility and approval.

- Understand customers' business requirements, turnover and funding needs.

- Identify interested prospects and arrange follow-up calls or meetings.

- Maintain daily calling records, lead details and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Experience in telecalling,



telesales, banking or financial services will be an advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to communicate in Bengali and Hindi is essential.

- Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to achieve targets.
