- Supplier evaluation & Management
- Relevant industry experience - similar ERP / Procurements tools preferred
- Understanding critical elements of Rfx processes

Valuable to have knowledge on YB/ Lean concepts (Optional)

List of responsibilities / activities specific to this role

- Perform Quality audits and validations on SOWs/Amendments/MSAs to measure accuracy identifying errors and closure of transaction in specified timelines.
- Decisive in RCA and in tracing responsibility
- Determine the follow up requirements and mode of follow up




- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous process improvement
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams discussing process updates and process gaps
- Must understand Business Impact of errors downstream
- Clear written & oral communication skills with internal customers.
- Provide real time improvement feedback to associates on the audit findings
- Lead and participate in Quality huddles to share key updates and improvement recommendations
- Participate in calibration sessions with other SMEs and Client SME.
- Suggest and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the process accuracy and user experience
