We have an urgent opening for the post of an Account Assistant

Location: Jangpura, Recent Delhi, Import Export Industry

Salary: ₹30,000/- per month

Qualification: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Experience: 3-4 years

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and other financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and income.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with clients/vendors.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and statements.
- Assist during audits and provide required financial documents.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounts records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding accounting-related matters.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Com graduate is mandatory.
- 3- 4 yrs years of relevant experience in accounting/accounts executive roles.
- Good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
