Ability to interpret contracts to extract pricing, items, SLAs for catalog alignment

Publish catalog governance dashboards (catalog accuracy %, update cycles, errors, adoption metrics)

Train requesters on catalog navigation & best practices; support reduction of free-text PRs

Ensure all catalog updates comply with procurement policy & audit requirements
