Unix/Linux Administrator L2 (VCS/Veritas InfoScale)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Unix Administrator L2 to support and manage enterprise Linux and High Availability infrastructure environments. This role is focused on operational support, incident resolution, change implementation, cluster administration, and maintaining the stability and availability of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6/7/8/9) environments
- Administer Veritas InfoScale (VCS) multi-node geo-cluster infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to operating systems, clusters and infrastructure services
- Execute server provisioning, hardening, patching and maintenance activities




- Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercises
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams and business stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on experience in Linux Administration
- Expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6/7/8/9)
- Experience with Veritas InfoScale / VCS Cluster Administration
- Experience in High Availability and Cluster Environments
- 7+ years of relevant experience
