Basic & expert Technical Knowledge

Minimum 1 year of experience is mandatory

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional for our Voice Process role. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, support requests, and Technical issues resolution through call. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills in english, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via call.
- Resolve customer Technical issues by providing accurate and timely information.




- Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously with efficiency.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in communication.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional Technical service.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.

Shifts: UK Shifts (5 days working & 2 Rotational Week-off) Salary : Up to 7.5 LPA
