Position: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Experience: 13 Years

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai

Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM | Monday to Friday (UK Shift)

SALARY 4 LPA TO 5 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with hands-on experience in accounting and bookkeeping. The candidate should have a good understanding of bank reconciliation, journal entries, ledger posting, finalization of accounts and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

Prepare journal entries, ledger postings and Trial Balance.

Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.

Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, debtors and creditors reconciliation.

Assist with finalization of accounts and year-end closing.

Support VAT, payroll and tax-related accounting activities.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Skills Required

Accounting and bookkeeping experience.





Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation.

Knowledge of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.

Understanding of AP & AR and finalization of accounts.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

UK Accounting Exposure

UK Accounting experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. The selected candidate will get practical exposure to:

UK Accounting & Year-End Accounts

VAT Returns & VAT Reconciliation

PAYE & National Insurance (NIC)

Corporation Tax & CT600

Self-Assessment & UK Tax Calculations

HMRC processes and compliance

Making Tax Digital (MTD)

UK Payroll

Working with UK clients and accounting requirements

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BAF / BMS (Finance) or equivalent.
