:

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting the Sapphire payroll team and ensuring accurate and timely payrolls to our PAYE clients. You will ensure that all payroll processes comply with UK legislation and statutory deadlines. You will be fully trained on UK legislation and required to then ensure you comply with UK legislation and deadlines.

You will also have direct interactions with our PAYE clients to ensure they receive the best possible service. You will need to be a driven, positive individual with a willingness to learn.

Administration

- Completing a number of administrative tasks in preparation for the weekly pay run
- Raising and submitting payroll reports to clients within SLAs
- Adhering to inbox and task SLAs

Payroll Processing

- Ensuring all payrolls/payments are processed accurately and on time
- Processing payroll as per each clients requirements




- Managing the PAYE client relationships and ensuring they receive the best service
- Assessment of the correct PAYE and National Insurance being retained on each pay run

Compliance

- All documentation is electronically filed away on a daily basis
- Constantly learn and keep up to date with industry specific legislation with a keen eye on compliance
- A truly exceptional customer focused attitude and commitment to ‘getting the job done’ before the end of each day
- Ensure all deadlines are met and responsibility taken if deadlines are not met

Preferred Skills:

- UK payroll experience/knowledge
- Has a hard working, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
