- Undergraduate / Graduate with minimum 1 Year of International BPO Voice Experience
- Excellent Spoken English & Communication Skills
- Strong Customer Service Orientation
- Comfortable Working in Rotational UK Shifts
- UAN History mandatory
- Maximum Age: 38 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer service calls from UK customers.
- Resolve insurance-related customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Build customer confidence through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for customer retention and value-added services.
- Ensure compliance with quality, process, and performance metrics.
