Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to real estate projects.
Generate leads through calling, references, site visits, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
Coordinate with developers and clients for smooth closure of deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Build robust relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Required Skills :
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Solid convincing and presentation abilities.
Passion for sales and customer handling.
Basic knowledge of real estate market preferred.
Ability to work on targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and team coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
